Homemade Graham Crackers

4 c. wheat flour 1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar 1 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda 1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. hot water
Cut in butter and water. Turns into soft dough. Press into 8X8, square, greased baking pan. Score with knife and poke each section with fork design. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
